B&A’s carbide-tipped Ganged Railroad Tie bit are industrial railroad tie bits that are especially designed for automatic machine gang drilling holes in all types of wooden railroad ties, cross-ties, bridge cross ties, and other related pressure treated lumber. The B & A Industrial Railroad Tie Bits or Ganged Railroad Tie Bits offers rapid chip evacuation, while drilling railroad ties, due to special fluting that provides a large chip storage area and prevents clogging.  The B &A Industrial Railroad Tie Bits or Ganged Railroad Tie Bits feature a high quality carbide tip, available in a "spear point" (90°) design will drill into the hardest of woods.  The bit is further strengthen to with stand the rigors of self feeding gang drilling applications.
